Of course like any other business, the bakery has its cons. A bakery is not an exception to a difficult business to run so make sure that you know this. The main issue people tend to have when running a bakery is that they have to be up early all of the time and the hours can be tough, most days consist of 12 hours. Tight schedules is something that a lot of people have trouble with and sending out various bits and pieces is tough because you need to be keeping on time with deliveries and pick ups.
